Job Summary

 

 

 

 

 

+ Our Client, a global hospitality company, is seeking a Financial Analyst possessing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and 3 years of general ledger work and/or financial statement preparations.

 

 

 

 

 

Responsibilities

 

 

 

 

 

+ Regional Corporate and HOA reports, run and compile and prepare analysis as necessary

 

 

 

+ Follow up on Variances Explanations on regional and site level

 

 

 

+ Corporate Forecast Process: Run reports and define trends and ensure they are captured working with operations and corporate team

 

 

 

 

 

HOA Forecast Process

 

 

 

 

 

+ Run Templates

 

 

 

+ Work with regional and site teams to ensure all trends are captured

 

 

 

+ Run additional reports to identify opportunities and define unique key drivers

 

 

 

+ Load in PS

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

+ Cash Flows (Operating & Reserve), working with Accountants and operations and RR&D

 

 

 

+ Additional analytics/models based upon requests from regional/corporate/site teams.

 

 

 

+ Analyze rental allocations for accuracy and completeness regularly.

 

 

 

+ Projects needed from Operations and Corporate.

 

 

 

+ Budget analysis and assistance in preparation.

 

 

 

+ Assistance with annual external audits

 

 

 

+ Bad Debt analysis for all sites7am, Hours between 7am-6pm depending on schedule

 

 

 

 

 

Qualifications

 

 

 

Education

 

 

 

 

 

+ Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.

 

 

 

 

 

Experience

 

 

 

 

 

+ 3 years of general ledger work and/or financial statement preparations.

 

 

 

+ Prior Hospitality/HOA accounting experience or preparing multiple sets of financial statements preferred.

 

 

 

 

 

Skills

 

 

 

 

 

+ Proficient in Excel.
